Busy, busy, busy

I am so sorry that I haven’t been around too much. Now that I have wheels I am trying to get caught up with everything I put on hold for the last couple of weeks. Tom has been busy helping to plan a golf tournament so I don’t feel like I have seen that much of him for the past few days.

We did go to the river this weekend. There was a neighborhood party and we were invited. Everyone seems so nice. I really hope that we made a good impression. There is a good chance that we will decide to live there full time and I really want the folks there to like us. I really like the family right next door. The wife is young, no more that 50 and the children are delightful. The daughter has just turned 16 and had her own car. Not just any car she told me, but one she is paying for herself! She seemed so proud! She has a brother around 12 or so that went bike riding with me and showed me some wonderful spots. He and his friends are paint ball enthusiasts and I can’t wait to try that!! He also has a scooter but I didn’t ask to try it. Remember I was trying to make a good impression!

I haven’t been able to talk Tom into spending the night at the river until the new room is completed. And from the looks of things that is going to be a while! But oh my goodness it is going to be nice!!

I think we are going get together with our friends over Thanksgiving. We are not sure yet if we are going out there or if they are coming here. I can’t wait to see everyone! Sue and I haven’t gotten into trouble in months! Not that that is ever our intentions! But it is usually the results!

Cassie dear sister, you sound really happy. It's good when you can get on with the young.
Now that Sue is also being spanked, she won't be so keen to get up to mischief, that would be desirable but not so much fun.
You like the idea of moving, I hope never to have to move again.
Sounds like you have fallen in love with the river house, I hope that it is everything that you dream.
Love and warm fraternal hugs,
Paul.

Cassie Mom, I can see a CASSIE JANE coming in the future when you defeat all those kids dressed in camo in a paint ball battle.

Sounds like your life is good for you and Tom right now with the river house. I'm so happy for the both of you.

P.S. You can take his scooter for a victory lap after you win the battle hehehe.

*love and hugs*
David

Cassie,
As everyone else has said ~ you do seem so happy. Your river home sounds just lovely, and I'll bet the neighbors enjoyed seeing you pass by innocently on your bike! They'll love you and enjoy watching your occasional mischief as much as we will enjoy hearing all about it! Piantball and scooters sound like a great combination!! LOL! Love, Lilly

Paul,
It is a little more fun when I know Sue will face the same fate as me.

I am not fond of moving but I really love being on the river. Prehaps we will have both houses for a while.

David,
I think I will need to buy some camo clothes and I need a scooter of my own!

Lessa,
You check out my blog this past summer - July 28 and you will see I have had a bit of scooter experience. I will be trying it again sometime.

Lilly,
I don't know how they will feel about me in the long run but Tom did warn me not to scare off the neighbors!

Uhoh! Sounds like Calamity (Cassie) Jane to me! lol

I've heard those paint balls really pack a wallop and leave some hefty bruises. My neighbor, big ol' tough guy and bruises all over his stomach, chest, arms and back from those things. Owie! Just be careful!

~Hugs!

OOH!! I can see you coming home covered in paint balls. I have a feeling Tom wouldn't be too amused! Sounds like a great neighborhood and really neat that you got invited to the get together already! :-) Sounds like Tom has something special planned for your first night at the house to me! Getting together with Sue and all would be so much fun. I love reading about those events! I think you'll be in trouble together though! Oh well! What fun would it be to not be in trouble sometimes!
